After an intensive accreditation process, all of Arc Broward’s children’s, residential, employment and behavior health programs have maintained CARF-accredited status for another three years. The latest accreditation is the tenth consecutive Three-Year Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded to Arc Broward. The process required significant effort, strong teamwork, and a commitment at all levels of the organization to providing the highest possible quality services and enhancing the lives of the people it serves. It is also a testament to its commitment to good governance practices. “We are so proud to administer programs that are guided by internationally recognized service standards and best practices. CARF is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of persons served.
