Our team has been meal planning a lot at home with their families during social distancing and have learned quite a few things. Here are five tips if you would like to start meal planning at home.
- Plan a menu each week

- Get input from your family members or roommates on what they would like to eat
- Build-in some theme nights like taco night or pasta night
- Plan for leftovers that you can use in other meals that week or have for lunch.
