Developed and governed by the Professional Crisis Management Association, this intensive three (3) day reactive strategies course takes a cognitive-behavior approach to managing behaviors. This course teaches nonphysical and physical strategies to implement with individuals exhibiting crisis behaviors in a safe and stable way.
