Developed and governed by the Professional Crisis Management Association, this intensive two (2) day reactive strategies course takes a cognitive-behavior approach to managing behaviors. This course teaches nonphysical and physical strategies to implement with individuals exhibiting crisis behaviors in a safe and stable way. This 2-day training covers everything you need to become PCM certified as Practitioner Level, or Level-1 practitioner. Just let the instructor know what level you would like to go up to. This is NOT a Level-2 training, and does not include horizontal immobilization.
