SUNRISE, Florida (September 8, 2026) – Arc Broward announced Jessica Clay has joined the nonprofit organization as director of adult behavior services, overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavioral interventions for participants in Arc Broward’s Adult Day Program and residents of BARC Housing in Davie.

“Jessica brings a strong clinical foundation and a genuine commitment to the people we serve,” said Julie Price, Arc Broward President and CEO. “Her experience across every level of direct care gives her a practical, ground-level understanding of what our participants and residents need, and we’re confident she’ll strengthen the programs she now leads.”
A board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), Clay brings experience across multiple levels of the field, having served in BCBA leadership roles before joining Arc Broward, including most recently for the ABA Centers of Florida in Boca Raton. She previously worked as a registered behavior technician and began her career as a direct support professional providing residential services, early experience she credits with shaping her focus on the field.
“I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people navigate everyday life with more independence,” said Clay, a Delray Beach resident. “Getting to know the participants and residents here has reinforced why I do this work, and I’m looking forward to building on the programs already in place.”
In 2026, Arc Broward celebrates 70 years as a leading provider of services that empower individuals with disabilities and their families to thrive. For more information about Arc Broward, visit arcbroward.com or call 954-746-9400.
