A group volunteer project interest form allows Arc Broward to efficiently capture essential logistical details—such as group size, preferred dates, activity interests, and support capabilities—so we can pair your team with a meaningful and well-matched opportunity.

Volunteer Opportunities at Arc Broward

We have three departments that generally offer opportunities for volunteer engagement:

Preschool

• Supporting early childhood activities, special events, and outdoor recreation.

Workforce

• Serving young adults ages 18–22 who are developing job readiness, life skills, and financial literacy skills.

Adult Day Program

• Creating opportunities for older adults to socialize, learn, and participate in engaging activities throughout the day.

Because of our limited staff capacity, groups can often make the greatest impact by planning and leading an activity in partnership with our team. Examples include:

• Outdoor games and activities for Preschool students
• Mock interviews, career talks, or skills workshops for Arc Educates participants
• Arts and crafts, game days, celebrations, or social activities for Adult Day Program participants

Whether it’s a fun celebration, educational workshop, recreational activity, or creative experience, your team’s ideas and enthusiasm help make the day special.

Please note: Volunteer opportunities should be requested at least 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible. Group size and departmental availability may impact scheduling.
