Arc Educates is proud to announce the promotion of Hector Manon as the new Director overseeing the mission-based enterprise of Arc Broward, a non-profit organization that is transforming the community by providing opportunities for people with disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential. As Director, he is responsible for the overall operation of the Learning Institute, including the two post educational programs, Entry-Level Culinary Arts Certificate and DSPATHS, and educational/training opportunities for agency staff and professionals throughout the community.
Hector was previously the Chef Instructor for the Culinary Arts Certificate Program. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an associate’s degree in culinary arts and a bachelor’s degree in food service management.
