Event Summary
Knowing CPR is a must for ALL! This hands-on course, developed and updated by Health and Safety Institute (HSI), prepares participants to respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Participants are guided through an interactive video, have class room instruction, and practical application of procedures on appropriately sized manikins.
Topics covered include:
- CPR for Adults, Children, Infants
- AED for Adults, Children, Infants
- Rescuing a choking victim
**Must be able to do the chest compressions and rescue breaths from a kneeling position on the floor, and be able to compress the adult manikin greater than 2 inches.
