Schedule: 7 weeks of summer (June 12, 2024 – August 2, 2024, from 9am-5pm plus paid training as scheduled prior)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

As a camp counselor, you will help amazing children and young adults with Autism (3 – 22 years) have the time of their lives! You’ll get the chance to help them with fun activities including arts and crafts, music, dance, science projects, fitness activities, swimming, the zoo, the movies … to name a few! And you’ll never be bored because every day is different and exciting!
What Does a Camp Counselor Do?
- Provides direct supervision, care, and teaching to children with Developmental Disabilities
- Helps the children to participate in fun activities and lessons and field trips
- Helps the children with their basic care in all areas of hygiene
- Ensures the safety of the children and the environment
- Assists in helping the children to regulate their behaviors through prevention and de-escalation strategies

Requirements
- You’re at least 18 years of age.
- You’re a positive and supportive person.
