Duration: Three (3) Hours

Knowing CPR is a must for ALL! This hands-on course, developed by the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI), prepares participants to respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Participants are guided through an interactive video, have classroom instruction, and practical application of procedures on appropriately sized mannequins. 

Topics covered include:

  • CPR for Adults, Children, Infants
  • AED for Adults, Children, Infants
  • Rescuing a choking victim

Duration: Three (3) Hours

Cost: $40 per person

If you or your organization has to transport individuals on the road, this class is for you! Driving accidents are the number one cause of accidental deaths in America. Drivers need to understand the dangers while driving the Florida roads and the difference between driving your personal vehicle and a van. This defensive driving workshop is endorsed by the National Safety Council and presented through video, interactive discussion, and lecture.

Topics covered include: 

  • Defensive Driving Skills
  • How to Prevent and Avoid Collisions
  • Transporting Passengers
  • Tips on Van Inspection
  • Review documentation necessary to ensure continued safety of passengers

This intensive workshop is ideal for employees in all industries, as it has been shown to enhance participants’ motivation to avoid occupational injuries and illnesses and to improve their risk control behavior. Parents, and any individual seeking additional information on how to respond to medical emergencies such as bleeding, burns, allergic reaction, poison, choking, stroke, seizures, etc. will benefit from this workshop. This informational forum is presented in lay terms and concepts are easily digested by individuals with non-medical backgrounds. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions in an interactive forum.
