Join us for Arc Culinary’s first installment of our Summer Series – Burger Bash III, a mouthwatering culinary adventure celebrating the beloved burger. You’ll indulge in a 4-course menu featuring creative burger concoctions crafted with the finest ingredients, from a sesame-marinated salmon burger to a decadent SMASH burger with truffle aioli, complemented by sides and a delightful Rocky Road Semifreddo dessert.

Course 1: “Joel-San” – Sesame Marinated, Fresh Salmon Burger, Grilled Onions, Spicy Asian Mango Slaw on an Arc-Made Sesame Seed Bun

Course 2: “Frita Cubana” – Freshly Ground Brisket & Boston Butt, Arc’s Special Sauce, and Shoestring Potatoes on a Sweet Hawaiian Roll
