Join us for an authentic Spanish tapas experience, the third in our Summer Series. Prepare your taste buds for a journey through Spain’s iconic flavors, from savory Serrano ham and Manchego cheese to classic tortilla Española, delectable albondigas meatballs, garlic shrimp, and cod-stuffed piquillo peppers, with a surprise dessert to top off this delectable multi-course adventure.

Course 1: Tablita de Serrano and Queso Manchego with Black Garlic Toast Points – Serrano Ham, Manchego Cheese, Black Garlic Toast Points and Mixed Spanish Olives

Course 2: Tortilla Espanola – A Spanish National Dish, the Classic Spanish Omelette with Potatoes, Onions, & Spanish Spices

Course 3: Albondigas en Salsa – Spanish Meatballs made with a Blend of Beef and Pork, Paprika, Cumin, and Garlic in a Tomato Based Sauce

Course 4: Gambas al Ajillo – Jumbo Shrimps in Garlic Sauce

Course 5: Pimientos Piquillos Rellenos de Pescado – Navarra Region Pequillo Peppers Stuffed with Cod Fish, Vegetables, and Spanish Spices.
