Welcome to the second installment of our 2024 Summer Series – Taste the Mediterranean. You’re invited to embark on a flavorful journey through the Mediterranean, savoring a multi-course meal that starts with a refreshing cold orzo salad, followed by a baked cod dish bursting with zesty flavors, grilled lamb chops accompanied by a fresh mint, tomato, and feta quinoa, and a delectable dessert to be revealed.

Course 1: Cold Orzo Salad – Kalamata Olives, English Cucumbers, Red Onions, Mediterranean Spiced Toasted Chickpeas, Chiffonade of Fresh Basil and Spinach, Greek Feta Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar

Course 2: Mediterranean Baked Cod – Tomatoes, Red Onions, Garlic, Coriander, Spanish Paprika, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Capers, and Lemon Zest served with Lemon Wedge Potatoes

Course 3: Grilled Lamb Chops with a Fresh Mint, Tomato, and Feta Quinoa – A Mix of Spices, All-Spice, Cardamom, Nutmeg, and Sweet Paprika come together for this Mediterranean Classic
