Hospitality Operations Training Certificate
The Hospitality Operations Training Program equips individuals with disabilities with the foundational knowledge and hands-on training needed to succeed in a variety of in-demand hospitality roles across hotels, resorts, and event venues.
Through interactive participation and practical, on-site training in a real resort environment at the Chateau Mar Golf Resort, trainees develop essential workplace skills in guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast operations, and banquet and event support. The program also includes a one-month paid internship, allowing participants to apply their training in a real-world setting and gain valuable on-the-job experience.
Our goal is to prepare trainees for meaningful employment in entry-level hospitality positions by offering small group instruction, individualized coaching, industry-aligned training materials, and ongoing career support.
